The Indy Treats Philosophy

Good food doesn’t chase trends.

It trusts time.

At Indy Treats, we start where it matters—

with grains that are sprouted slow,

not rushed,

not forced.

Because when a grain is given time,

it gives back.

Easier on the gut.

Richer in goodness.

Kinder on the body.

Then we mill.

Fresh.

In small batches.

So what reaches your kitchen

still smells alive,

still feels warm,

still holds its soul.

We blend with nuts, seeds, and gentle spices

your body already recognises.

Nothing loud.

Nothing unfamiliar.

Just comfort, done thoughtfully.

For rushed mornings.

For slow Sundays.

For growing bodies and ageing ones.

One flour.

Many lives.

No noise.

No drama.

Just food that fits into your rhythm

and quietly does its job.

Indy Treats.

Goodness that grows with you.

From My Kitchen to Yours

Hi, I’m Eshwari Gupta, and I’m really glad you’re here.

Indy Treats began with a simple frustration. Why did nourishing myself feel so complicated?
Between soaked almonds, ginger shots and the latest wellness trends, eating well started to feel like a checklist. I was not looking for fads. I just wanted one honest solution that fit into real life.

So I went back to what many of us grew up with. Wholesome, grounding ingredients that did not need explaining. I spent months sourcing the best quality grains, researching nutrition, and testing recipes in my own kitchen. Every blend was refined again and again, not just for health but for taste too.

Today, our sprouted flour blends slip easily into everyday cooking. From crisp dosas and soft rotis to momos, cakes, cookies and snacks, they work across cuisines and moods. Many now use them instead of corn or oat flour without losing flavour or texture.

Indy Treats was born from burnout and failed wellness trends, and one honest realisation. Food does not help if your body cannot absorb it. That is why we sprout our grains. It makes them gentler, easier to digest, and naturally more nourishing.

From rushed mornings to family dinners, we want to make nourishment feel simple again. Food that supports you quietly and feels good inside and out.
